"Their service is very bad.I have booked a trip and after waiting for 15 min at the pickup point, calling and texting the driver he just decided he doesnt want the ride and cancelled without any reason and charged me for it. When contacting the customer service, they have refunded only part of the amount not full. Why do i have to pay for someone else's mistake and bad behaviour?and this isnt the first time! I do not recommend the app"
